Candidates are required to complete a comprehensive application, which our membership committee will meticulously review, basing their acceptance verdict on a thorough assessment of the applicant's character. The application solicits basic details such as name, address, and contact information, alongside professional history. Crucially, an applicant's insight on questions like, "What do you believe you will bring to the NEW YORK PHYSICIAN SOCIETY community?" is given significant weight.

It's important to underscore that the NEW YORK PHYSICIAN SOCIETY is not in search of a monolithic member profile but rather aims to cultivate a diverse assembly of individuals who share a commonality in robust, positive values, thereby fostering a rich membership experience. As part of the application process, aspirants are also required to secure endorsement via recommendation letters from at least one incumbent member of the NEW YORK PHYSICIAN SOCIETY.
